Shipping policy

At Vantage Home Gallery, we offer Free Insured Freight Shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States (Lower 48). Due to the premium size and weight of our luxury saunas and vanities, items are shipped via specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight carriers.

Freight Inspection Protocol (CRITICAL): Your shipment is fully insured until the moment you sign the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL). Upon arrival, you must:

  1. Thoroughly inspect the crate and packaging for any visible signs of damage (cracks, punctures, or crushed corners). For cold plunge systems, customers must inspect the unit, chiller housing, plumbing connections, and exterior shell for visible damage prior to signing the delivery receipt.
  2. If any damage is found, you MUST note the specific damage on the BOL before signing.
  3. If the damage is severe, refuse the delivery entirely and contact us immediately at (307) 387-5187. Note: Once a BOL is signed 'clear' without damage noted, the carrier is released of liability, and we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for transit damage.

Delivery Details:

  • Curbside Delivery: Freight shipments are delivered to the curb of your address. Drivers are not authorized to move items into your home or backyard.
  • Lift-gate Service: Included for all orders to ensure the item is safely lowered from the truck to the ground.
  • Appointment: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. A valid phone number is mandatory at checkout.
