FAQ
Shipping & Logistics
How is my order delivered?
Due to the size and weight of our luxury pieces (often 300lb - 800lb), we use specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight carriers. Your item will be professionally crated, secured on a pallet, and delivered via a semi-truck to ensure maximum safety during transit.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes. The freight carrier will call you using the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a specific delivery window. You must be present to inspect the shipment and sign the Bill of Lading (BOL).
What is "Curbside Delivery" with Lift-Gate?
Our standard shipping includes Curbside Delivery. This means the driver will use a hydraulic lift-gate to lower the pallet from the truck to the ground at your curb or driveway.
Note: Drivers are not authorized to move items into your home, garage, or backyard. For insurance and safety reasons, we recommend having 2-3 people available on delivery day to move the components to their final location.
What is the Freight Inspection Protocol?
This is your most important responsibility. Before signing the driver's Bill of Lading (BOL), you must thoroughly inspect the crate for visible damage (punctures, crushed corners, dampness, etc.). If any damage is found, you must note the specific damage on the BOL before signing. This ensures the insurance covers any necessary replacements or repairs.
- Any visible damage must be clearly noted on the BOL before signing
- Signing without notation may void your ability to file a freight claim
- Insurance coverage depends on proper documentation at delivery
If you have any doubts, take photos and contact us immediately before accepting the shipment.
Cold Plunge & Contrast Therapy
Do I need to add ice every day?
No. Our professional-grade units (like BlueCube and Sun Home) utilize high-efficiency Chiller Systems. These "plug-and-play" engines cool the water to as low as 37°F (3°C) and maintain that temperature 24/7.
How do I keep the water clean?
Our plunges feature multi-stage filtration systems. This typically includes a 20-micron filter to catch debris and an Ozone or UV Sanitation system that kills bacteria and viruses. With this technology, you only need to change the water every 3 to 6 months depending on usage.
Can the cold plunge be kept outside?
Yes, most of our cold plunge systems are rated for outdoor use. However, if you live in a climate with freezing winters, you will need a unit with a "Heater/Chiller" combo to prevent the pipes from freezing when the ambient temperature drops.
Sauna Technical Questions
Do I need a special electrician for installation?
Our 1 and 2-person units are designed for standard US homes and use a standard 120V / 15-Amp outlet (plug-and-play). For optimal performance, we recommend using a dedicated circuit.
For our larger 3 or 4-person units may require a 20-Amp circuit or a 240V connection, which requires a simple visit from a licensed electrician. Please check the "Specifications" tab on the product page before ordering.
Are these saunas Low-EMF?
Yes. Safety is a core pillar of our curation. We only carry brands that prioritize safety using advanced carbon heater technology to ensure EMF (Electromagnetic Field) levels are well below the industry-recommended safety thresholds (typically below 3mG).
What wood is used and why?
We primarily use Grade-A Canadian Hemlock. It is favored by luxury manufacturers because it is incredibly durable, odorless, naturally hypo-allergenic, and resistant to cracking under the heat levels required for infrared therapy.
Can I put my sauna outdoors?
Only if the product is specifically labeled as an "Outdoor" or "Barrel" sauna. Standard indoor saunas are made of woods that should not be exposed to direct rain, snow, or extreme humidity as this can compromise the wood and electronics.
Vanity Technical Questions
Does the vanity arrive assembled?
The main cabinet base arrives fully assembled. To protect the natural stone, the countertop and ceramic sinks are often packed in a separate crate to prevent cracking during transit. Professional installation is required to secure the top to the base and connect the plumbing.
Is the countertop real stone?
Yes. We specify the material for every vanity in our gallery. Most feature authentic Carrara Marble, Quartz, or Granite. Because these are natural stones, subtle variations in veining are a mark of authenticity and high-end quality.
How do I care for the marble?
Authentic marble is a natural stone and is porous. While our tops are pre-sealed, we recommend using a pH-neutral stone cleaner and reapplying a sealer once every 6-12 months to maintain the pristine, stain-resistant finish.
Are faucets included?
To allow for personal design choice, faucets are sold separately unless specifically noted. All our vanities feature standard pre-drilled holes (typically 8" widespread or single-hole) to accommodate any premium faucet brand.
